My 2 year old daughter had her first nightmare last night 😢😢😢 she was so terrified 😨. She wouldn't go back to sleep for an hr or 2 . Anyone else have this happen to their 2 year old ?
I'm not sure what counts as a nightmare. But we have had her wake up before in the middle of the night, to get her back to sleep we normally cuddle her until she falls asleep
