They are good! But if you’re going to buy bulk buy different sizes. I ended giving away literally boxes of size 1’s and 2’s because our LG grew so fast and someone had gifted us loads x

I wouldn’t bulk buy any brand, when I had my first I bulk bought some and my little one leaked through them all/got bad nappy rash with them 🫣so I ended up having to try different ones and give so many away,

I also found that brands that suited my little one in sizes 1-2, didn’t in bigger sizes & so on,
(So with us, size 1-2 in pampers and Tesco were great, but other brands weren’t, but then in sizes 3-4 aldi, Lidl and little rascals were the best, now he’s in size 5 and Tesco and Morrisons pull ups are the best so far!🤣)

I’d get 2-3 packs of different brands and then you can try what’s best for you & baby, they all fit slightly differently too, so if you have a baby that doesn’t explosive poo’s (my little one did 😳) what works for another baby may not work for yours and so on! Xx

I’ve got different packs Tesco, boots x 2 types and pampers to try and see what’s best for him. I picked Boots so I could use my points if saved up 👍

completely agree with this. In the newborn sizes we only really got on with Sainsburys own or Boots own - everything else leeked as our little boy had skinny legs so couldn’t get a good seal. Then as he got bigger we swapped to Asda for a bit but never had any luck with Tesco, Aldi or Lidl in any size. For toddler nappy pants we ended up with Huggies for the best fit x

we loved the boots own nappies and the points racked up sooooo quickly buying them! Was able to get loads of other baby bits with the points from them!

I don’t know who said they’re good! I got some the other day for my son as I heard they were good, he’s peeing through them within 2 hours making leaving the house an ordeal! I’ve gone back to Tesco Fred and flo which are also rubbish. I’m going to be using Sainsbury’s for new bubs

My mother in law bought us 8 packs of the first size and I ended donating most of them to the baby bank because he grew so fast. I don't recommend bulk buying the smaller sizes 😅 x

We’ve always used Lidl nappies for my 1 years old, the size one come up really big compared to other brands! Only issues we’ve had is leaks over night as he’s got bigger and no longer changing his nappy at night so we use pampers at night. Planning on using Lidl again this time round but will probably get some size ones in a different brand to start with. We’ve also always found Aldi to be great!

Hi just wanted to ask if when using the Lidl nappies did anyone’s child develop a rash? We have always used pampers but was in Lidl and thought the pride was quite good! But we’re a few days in now, noticed a rash on my son’s bum.

Price sorry haha

i never used them i always used Sainsbury’s 2.80 for 48 nappies. 2 weeks ago i bought lidl out of handiness and daughter who never has had a nappy rash took a slightly more red bum than usual. They’re not the best

I thought so, i think i will be definitely changing him back to pampers. I brought a pack yesterday and put him in one after the bath last night and this morning the rash was basically gone. Thank you, i thought i was overthinking😂

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Baby with chronic congestion

Hi everyone! My 1 year has been a congested baby since birth almost. She breathes through her mouth so often that it wakes her up multiple times at night and she cries and screams and then struggles to go back to sleep. She wakes up every 1-3 hours and sometimes can’t go back to sleep for 2-3 hours!!! Piriton is the only thing that seems to help her sleep mostly through the night but I can’t keep giving her that!!
Does anyone have tips as to have I can do or give her? Has anyone experienced? I have no idea when I’ll get an ENT appointment and I have no idea what he can give a 13 mo :( we are desperate for sleep so any tips are welcome!! We have tried steam inhalation, saline drops, vapour rubs and everything off the counter basically!

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?
