Potty training

Hi, So I’m having a hard time potty training my son, he just turned 3 years old last week Thursday. He was attending an early head start program but now that he’s 3. His early head start program called telling me that his last day would be a day before his birthday and now I’m struggling to find a daycare that will accept him because he’s not fully potty trained, I’m currently also going to school full time 7:30am-4:45pm taking cosmetology classes but I just don’t think I’ll be able to complete my class as u don’t have any relatives that would be willing to take care of him. I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
