Pregnant after Lap for endo & cyst!

Hi Ladies! I can’t actually quite believe this… but we’re finally pregnant 🎉 Last summer, we were getting tests done after a year of TTC at 37 & wasn’t getting anywhere. Turns out I had silent endo & a large cyst on an ovary. Ended up having my Lap in October to remove the endo & drain the cyst. They also checked my tubes which were all good. After the lap I decided to just fully let go of control. I stopped POAS on multiple OPKs (I was doing cheapies, Clearblue and the most expensive sticks in the world Mira). I stopped temping (this was huge for me as I have OCD with tracking everything & being able to confirm ovulation). I stopped researching. What I did instead was I started to eat even better, only using 1 cheap OPK stick, I didn’t focus on the lack & focused on being grateful for what we had. Put it out to the universe what I wanted & just visualised my pregnancy & everything surrounding it. We didn’t try first month after and started again in December and then again in January… so it took us 2 months after lap! Had a scan at the early pregnancy unit yesterday as my surgeon said there’s a higher chance of ectopic pregnancy. It’s ok for now & there’s the start of a baby in the womb so not ectopic! 🙏🏼But will be having a scan again next week Just focusing on a sticky healthy baby now ♥️

Congratulations! I had endometriosis excision surgery 6 weeks ago and have been told to try asap. After years of nothing apart from 1 miscarriage I'm hopeful! All the best with your pregnancy x

Good luck Michaella! You’ve got this :) I have faith xx
