Quick question ladies 35 and I have been experiencing super light. periods. Is this a sign going through pre-menopause?

Menstrual cycle syncing experience?

Hi all, read the book In The Flo from Alisa Vitti and feel like I've lived in the dark for most of my adult life 😯
Anyone has experience with cycle syncing your life (food, exercise, planning schedule etc) with your period phases? Did it help you in any way - feel healthier, happier, lose weight, get less PMS... ?
It feels like something everyone should be taught at school but no women I directly spoke to knows anything about it...

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal

Menopause

Hello my name is nikkyta/Nikki I have been struggling with stage 4 endometriosis and a few other conditions. Due to this on March 13 I had an emergency hysterectomy. I can't take hormones. But the hot flashes make me vomit and pass out of this normal
