The food is nice and large portions, but I wouldn’t recommend for mum and baby groups, especially if you’re going nearer to closing time. Staff just want to get out of there and make it known to you. It’s fairly spacious but not a very relaxed atmosphere - no music and quite echoey so a baby’s cry is heard loud. Chairs screech against floor which can easily wake a sleeping baby. Very open with windows all around. Changing facilities are in the public toilet to the left of the cafe (if facing out from the cafe), so not ideal.,

I’ve been a few times with my LO and with friends with their children as well and the staff have always been extremely kind and helpful and actually went out of their way to be welcoming and bring things to us and check we had everything we needed and more. In addition it is very well priced and food is good standard caf food with quite a few vegan and veg options. They have some children books inside and it’s next door to playground so very handy. It’s quite basic but seem appropriate for a park family cafe and consistent with pricing. I would give it 8/10 personally but I haven’t been at closing time so maybe that is a different ballgame and maybe different staff.
