Victoria Park Hub 7/10
Nice cafe and always full of mums and pushchairs with plenty of highchairs. Can sometimes be abit of squeeze if there’s lots of pushchairs/people with dogs etc. Changing facilities are ok but cold as they’re not the cafes own but the parks. The changing area has its own room and there’s a separate disabled toilet big enough to wheel your pram in for a wee.
The other park cafe is the pavilion which is definitely not child friendly and the toilets are just park toilets with no baby changing.
