I really want to rush her to the hospital but everyone thinks I’m tripping. She is already sick and my baby daddy made them to make her feel better but now I’m freaking out after I saw they were super undercooked inside. Am I tripping?

yes. think about the middle ages people have survived way worse. if your kid was sick you would know. kids in the er are there for way worse like falling from windows and you want to take your kid cus they ate a soggy pancake

Me, personally I would not worry unless she starts vomiting profusely (like more than twice)and has a fever…
You could always call the nurse hotline with your provider and ask what to do and what to look for
I hope she feels better soon 🤍 our bodies are very resilient.

Do not rush her to the hospital. There is nothing they would do. Likely this will cause her no harm. She’s MAY and i me MAY get vomiting or diarrhea. If that does happen just keep her hydrated like you would with any stomach bug. Do you know how many raw eggs I we all ate in cookie or brownie dough as a kid?

I know it's stressful when you are a new parent to a young child, but it's going to be ok. Really, the only ingredient in pancake batter that might make her sick is the undercooked egg but most eggs from a supermarket are already pasteurized to kill most of the bad bacteria. There's a chance of salmonella in undercooked eggs but the chances are really low. You don't want to make a habit of feeding her raw eggs but if it happens by accident, it's not a big deal. I can't count how many times my kids ate raw cookie dough from the bowl and they were fine. Just keep an eye on your child. If they start looking really ill, take them in to get checked.

I accidentally fed my kid an underdone pancake he was just fine
thank you. You made me feel so much better
not you being one of those moms who make first time mothers feel bad for their fear of their small child catching salmonella
thank you. I totally forgot about the nurse line
yes google was scaring me
yeah I’m letting her ride it out now
there’s ways you could’ve delivered that without the intent to try to make me feel incompetent. Enjoy your block
see where I’m at the children’s ER be empty but I got a lot of reassurance she should be ok lol

Look, you should read her profile. I don’t think she meant to say it in a bad way, maybe she is just dealing with other things
and you can deal with them in other ways. We’ve all seen things that probably are small to us and big to others but it’s definitely a way to handling that. So she’s blocked, hope she gets through it but it won’t be on my dime.
