Theadora or Theodora?
I prefer Theodora but want the nickname Thea.

I would spell it Theodora. It is the most traditional way of spelling it which will make it easier on your daughter not having to spell it every time she’s asked her name.
I think you can certainly still call her Thea as a nickname

Theodora, definitely. Thea still works perfectly as a nickname - "The" from the beginning of the name, combined with the "a" at the end. 💕

My name is Theresa and I’ve always gone by Tess, nicknames can definitely diverge quite a bit from the full name. I definitely think Theodora is a good spelling
