TENS Machine yay or nay?

Hi 35 weeks with first baby so naturally Google has become my best friend! Just wondering if anyone who has had a little one already, got and used a TENZ machine for pain relief during labour? And was it worth it if so? Having the cervical stich out in a week to try for natural labour, so just trying to get some form of birth plan attempt in my mind šŸ˜…

I used it and it did help me quite a bit. Mine had a boost setting I hit during contractions which just changed the feeling of pulses to constant. If you have an epidural though they'll make you take it off.

I used one and it was the only thing that got me through! Mine ended in emergency c-section in the end but the only pain relief I had was tens and paracetamol and it really took the edge off contractions ā˜ŗļø

YAY to tens machine, I hired!! And gave it back when finished. I don’t like buying stuff that’s only used once or twice or not long, I hired the hospital grade breast pump too

Thank you all, feel its definitely going on the list! I think if I'm going to do a natural labour as a suppose to an elective I. Want to try as med free as possible... try being the optimum word! :)
