TENS Machine yay or nay?

Hi 35 weeks with first baby so naturally Google has become my best friend! Just wondering if anyone who has had a little one already, got and used a TENZ machine for pain relief during labour? And was it worth it if so? Having the cervical stich out in a week to try for natural labour, so just trying to get some form of birth plan attempt in my mind 😅
