advice pls

hey all, looking for advice ~ i’m 37 +4 weeks pregnant in the UK and my hg has come back with vengeance - i can’t eat nor drink enough 🙁 i was meant to be stopping my 🍃use from today but if i do i don’t know how i’m going to survive the next few weeks before my elective c section on the 5th - should i continue 🍃?
