Anyone know of any classes around kford/Stourbridge way?

Looking for aquanatal classes or pregnancy Pilates/yoga, have looked at the websites for crystal etc but nothing suggests they do pregnancy classes 🤷🏽‍♀️ would really like to meet mums to be and get back to being a bit more active now I’m more confident this bean is sticky! X

Hi Kali,
Not exercise classes as such but Bump, Birth and Beyond have antenatal classes in Sedgley currently which are a great way to meet other parents as well as get all the information you need for your birth/ baby. They potentially may offer some in the wall Heath area at the end of the year but it depends when you are due.

In terms of exercise.. flourishbycassie holds antenatal yoga in wombourne and you can find her on Instagram x

Russell hall do free yoga classes from 24 weeks. And they have started back birth preparation classes at the hospital. As well as breastfeeding work shops.
Ask your community midwives and they can book them for you xx

The dudley healthy pregnancy has a Facebook with lots of details on. All free and how to book via the community office. Worth adding them and keeping updated. A lot of classes are for the third trimester but worth looking into xx
