Son keeps calling uncle Dad
Lately my son has been calling his uncle Dad or Daddy. His uncle and I keep correcting him saying that he is his uncle. Now this uncle is actually a family friend, so he does come by from time to time. My son's dad is in the picture and we still live together. He is 6yrs old, so its not like he is a toddler is learning. No, this uncle is the only uncle he calls dad randomly. Any suggestions on what we can do to stop this? Or is there a different approach I should be doing when I'm correcting him?

Some kids do weird things. My nephew calls me uncle TT. I used to get a bit upset but now I find it awesome. If your babys father doesn't mind just leave it be. He'll grow out of it.
