Anyone here who had to delay iVF treatment after doing a vaginal microbiome test ?
If so , what issues came up from this test ?
Just ordered mine and I’ve been told by the healthcare provider that sometimes the treatment is delayed after this test 😵💫

Hello! My vaginal microbiome test was negative but my uterine microbiome test came back positive (strep and mycoplasma). So my ivf treatment was delayed by a month (that’s how long it took to clear my infections). My clinic also have a rule where we have to retest every 3 months. So now I have to test again before my next transfer. I hope yours are all negative and you don’t have to delay your treatment x
