Anyone had a pregnancy massage, particularly if it was at Nuad Thai?
I'm not sure what to expect in terms of position (given we can't lie on our backs and the bump makes lying on our front impossible too) and safety. I've been there before for a Thai massage, which was lovely, just not entirely reassured about the pregnancy aspect.

It’s great had one many years ago u lay on your sides

I've not been to Nuad Thai but my pregnancy massages at the Soma Rooms near Ealing Broadway are excellent. They do pregnancy massages where you lay on your side, or if you'd like they have this cushion that allows you to safely lay on your front so there is no pressure on bump. All other places where I had a pregnancy massage I just laid on my sides and it was very comfortable 😊

I personally didn't enjoy at all. It was hard to relax whilst being on my side. However I LOVED a massage I had at the K west hotel in shepherd's Bush where they lay you on your front with special cushions holding your bump and boobs

hey! Anyone specify you’d recommend at soma for a pregnancy massage? Gonna book it for next week!
