Do hot flashes come with sweating?
I haven’t felt necessarily burning hot but do start to sweat u explicably, is that the infamous hot flash?

Clammy mostly, not flushed, so maybe not a hor flash
I have the same thing and my doctor says pre-menopausal
@Lina Have you ever had issues with blood sugar? Definitely could be hot flash or maybe your glucose level is off? They thought my mom was pre-menopausal at 55 but turned out she was diabetic! She didn’t go through menopause for ten more years

Are you clammy or feel flushed? I’m not premenopausal but I have had hot flashes cause hormone imbalance. And yes I always felt really hot when I got one!
