Braxton Hicks and needing the toilet

Sorry if this is TMI but does anyone else feel they massively need to empty their bowels when they start with Braxton Hicks?

Every time I’ve had them over the last week they’ve been that strong that I’ve felt the urge to go to the toilet, sometimes I’ve been able to go and the stools are loose and sometimes I haven’t been able to go at all. I just wondered if it was just me?

I only seem to have this feeling if I’ve actually got one in the barrel so to speak lol and like you I’ll either be able to go and it’ll be kinda loose or I won’t be able to go. But if I’ve recently had a bowel movement I won’t usually get this feeling with a braxton.

Yes! I had this for the first time yesterday and was the exact same either loose stool or nothing and even when I need a pee it's the smallest pee and I still feel like I need after it 🙈
Baby has had a growth spurt in the last 2 weeks so I don't know if it's something to do with that... Not enough room or something 😭😂

I’m the same when I go for a wee too, it’s so disheartening when you feel like you’re desperate and it’s a trickle 😂 yeah my measurements were between 38 and 39 at my 36 week appointment so my little one has had a massive growth spurt too, maybe that is the reason why!!

Yessss, during my first labour the contractions felt like I needed the worst poo of my life, my baby was back to back so that was most likely why. But yeah it’s your body using all the muscles in that area so don’t be worried about the poop feeling 🙈

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?

32 weeks

32 week growth scan and clinic appointment. Did anything unusual happen? Ive heard a few people saying 32 weeks was when they had a induction date
