6lbs 1oz weight at 34 week growth scan, how accurate? 😅😂

Just been for my 34 week growth scan and my LO is showing a weight of 6lbs 1oz with really long legs already, my previous baby was only 6lbs 9oz at birth at 39 weeks😅😅

How accurate as these weights supposed to be? And is anyone else showing a similar weight?😂😂

Yes I’m very similar to you! Baby is about 6lb at 34+4. My other kids were 7lb6, 8lb3 and 8lb6 so I have no idea why this child is being so extra. I’ve had growth scans with all of mine and as you can see… they’ve been very normal weights. Take with a big pinch of salt!

I got told 3 days before my daughter was born that she was roughly 8lb she was born 7lb 4oz so I suppose that's positive 🤷‍♀️🤣

I believe that they can be 15% under or over x

They also said he’s jumped percentiles from the 50th to the 90th? But I’m not really sure how that all works

I've just had a growth scan today at 34 weeks and measuring 5lb 8oz hope he doesn't come out huge 😂

My growth scan at 34 weeks showed 5lb 15oz and I was like 🙃 my first baby was born at 42 weeks weighing 7lb 7!!

I had a growth scan with my first baby at 37 weeks and they measured him 5lbs 13oz, he was born the next day at 6lbs 1oz! I was surprised at how accurate it was

I’m only 32 weeks and had my growth scan today she’s measuring 4.11lbs 😅😅

My son had a scan at 39 weeks they said he was going to be heavy 9lb + he was 8lb 2.5

I had my 34 week growth scan today too and mine is measuring 6lb6oz 😬 was told my first born was gonna be 10lb+ but came 2 weeks early at 7lb13 so I'm not sure how much I believe 😂

Mine was 5lb13 at 36 week growth scan and when she was born she was 6lb 2

I had a growth scan on the 11th of July, little one was weighing 4lb2, had a scare so ended up at triage which led into an emergency scan and now lil chunk is weighing 6lb13. I am 36 weeks tomorrow so I'm praying that the scans are slightly odd😅

I had growth scan today and baby is also 6lb 1oz at current so I'm thinking she might be 8lbs if end up going on till due date but this is my first baby so I have not got a clue I'm currently 36 weeks today

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

32 weeks

32 week growth scan and clinic appointment. Did anything unusual happen? Ive heard a few people saying 32 weeks was when they had a induction date

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
