Baby boy is 4 lbs 7 oz 31 weeks

This is what I’m scared of I feel like my doctors been calculating wrong and I feel like baby will come the end of September or first week of October when I’m supposedly due October 25

@Megan same I'm supposedly due October 28th but he's the actually size of a 33 or 34 week old baby already so I'm like crap. I ended up in the ER last week almost in pre term labor had to give me a shot to stop contractions

oh wow a shot to stop contractions that’s crazy and then they just sent you back home? Are you still having cramps contractions? I get more cramps lately but one night I had them strong and they just come and go

@Megan didn't have any cramps it was actually stomach tightening and those were the contractions they were 6 mins apart they made sure I wasn't contractioning and stopped dilating they sent me which I was happy cause I didng want the baby in NICU

@Sera🧿 they can induce me at 37 weeks so if he is 8 lbs I think I will ask for it freaks me out with big baby coming out the who ha lol

No it doesn’t necessarily mean that, all my babies have always measured in the 99 percentile and they’ve always tried to induce me and I’ve refused. Both my oldest have been 7.8 pounds and 21.5. So, the measurements are just an estimate and mostly not accurate at all, I wouldn’t stress it

oh interesting my stomach does the same thing but not so close together.

I have to get induced because I'm high risk after my son died in my third trimester in 2020

@Megan I didn't feel them so close together they told me once on the monitor but it was getting hard every 10 to 15 mins I thought thankfully I went to the ER

@Sera🧿 yeah he definitely looks chunky and his dad being so big at birth he was 11 lbs I was 9lbs so I'm like oh gosh I'm growing a giant

same measurements but at 31 weeks..my baby has a big head too. 74 percentile they said but scans can be inaccurate. Just have to wait and see 😅

My little guy measured exactly the same and they said he was only in the 66th percentile, so just slightly above average. I think you’ll be fine :)
