The past couple of days i've barely drunk any water and still being regularly peeing. I feel incredibly lethargic but I just don't know how to make myself drink more water.
Anyone have any suggestions??💖

You could drink coconut water, if you want try something different. It’s really hydrating :)

I've heard liquid IV is amazing & tastes decent. Also super hydrating.

Is your appetite ok? You could try eating a lot of melon or other foods with high water content

I’m the same!! I push myself by rewarding myself. For example… if i drink 1 bottle of water (500ml) i can have my cup of coffee. Its amazing how quick i can drink that bottle for my coffee and will just repeat that until i have done my 2ltrs 💪 obv can do same with glasses
