Pregnancy loss?
Just had my ultrasound appointment and they couldn’t see a heartbeat and is measuring 6 weeks and 1 day but supposed to be 7 weeks 1 day. Haven’t had any spotting or bleeding. I’ve had the usual pregnancy symptoms. Last appointment they said the heart beat was 84/100 and could faintly see the heart beat. About 3-4 weeks ago I was having constant cramping for 2-3 weeks straight. Internet says it’s a missed miscarriage. This is my first miscarriage and I’ve only had one baby before.

I’m so sorry for your loss. This happened to me last year. Went for a scan, babies were much smaller than they should be and no heartbeats. I started bleeding a few days after the scan but it was very heavy and I ended up having to be admitted to hospital.
