Healthy start card
I have had an email to say my payments have stopped on my healthy start card, I have literally had it for about 4 months. The reason being my take home pay was more than £408 for the last 2 months or I don’t get UC anymore - which I do.
Although is hasn’t been, my take home pay is exactly the same every month as I am on mat leave, so I’m really confused as to why it’s been taken away?
Has this happened to anyone else?

have just been on the phone with them and got no answers whatsoever. All he said was I would have earned too much to be entitled. But I get the same amount every month, so doesn’t make sense 😩
Try again tomorrow some time is best to call on a different day to get a better outcome you will find out each person you speak to will tell you different information

I would definitely call them up if I was you, they’ve cancelled mine twice and had no need and after a phone call with them they set it back up for me 😊 hope you manage to sort it!
really?! I called and the man was telling me I earn too much! I have been on the same pay since march, he tried telling me I get £175 a week mat pay, which I definitely don’t 😅 he didn’t pull my account up or anything. I don’t get why it suddenly stopped. I emailed instead, they’re finally looking into it!
I was going to say that's crazy especially if you say your circumstances have not changed he definitely doesn't know what his talking about he didn't even pull your account is good you email them
