Your progesterone doesn’t need to be higher. As long as it’s 20 or above you’re doing great. Neither numbers are low for where you’re at. ❤️

just from seeing many others who are around the same time as me, their levels are higher. 😭
I have no real symptoms anymore either.

well the first thing you’ll want to do is stop comparing yourself to others. It sounds harsh but it really is the truth because everyone’s body is different. Any symptoms you had previously would’ve been progesterone. You won’t get real pregnancy symptoms until closer to 6-8 weeks

well I’m supplementing with progesterone as well.

see, seeing things like this gives me a little bit of hope. In July I was supposed to be going on 6 weeks and my levels were at 74.. and I was hoping and praying that it was going to continue going up.. went in for an OB appointment and my levels dropped to 50.. so I’m just scared and terrified right now…

I was doing progesterone in oil during my IVF cycle and it went from 40s when I was doing it every day to 21 when I was doing it every 3rd day. But Madeline is right in that anything above 20 is great! Congratulations 🎉

I’m doing progesterone pills everyday. So just surprised my levels are/were in that area.

I was also surprised when mine went down even just going to every other day (I think it dropped to upper 20s) as one would think taking extra it would stay higher! It is definitely an unexpected outcome
