Sleeping bag togs HELP

Can anyone shed some light on what tog sleeping bag is enough for the winter?

I have seen some recently that are 2.5 tog but wondered if that is still an autumn thickness rather than winter?

I’m so confused because my duvet is 10.5 tog for the winter and 2.5 seems so light! My mind is boggled by togs!!

I've always had a 2.5tog for winter. Had a room thermometer (gro-egg) and adjusted layers based on the room temp x

I got my Gro egg thermometer for £2 from vinted and the sleep bags for £4 all tommee tippee otherwise you're looking at £22 a sleep bag! The gro egg goes Aith the sleep bags and tells you what tog to use x
