Becoming an annoyingly regular thing at the moment. Currently doing laps round my kitchen island and sipping ginger tea as have no peppermint.
Anyone else suffer with this? Any tips greatly welcomed 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It’s so surprisingly painful! This is the second time I’ve had it and first time I thought something was really wrong! I’m trying to link what I’ve eaten to make it so bad! Sorry I don’t have any tips!

Same. It’s just horrible.
I had a chat with my midwife about it and she suggested to increase fibre and fruit intake but that too doesn’t seem to help.

Windezes help

Windeze post meals!! I take two and then drink a lot of water, it helps!

Also been suffering with this terribly, have increased my fibre in my diet and doctors also prescribed me omprezole as they think the reflux isn’t helping it! And I have stopped having fizzy drinks! X

Try flax seeds, ground ones you can add to cereal, yoghurt, smoothies etc. they are high in fibre.
Also I find coffee works well obviously we can’t have caffeine but I find decaf does a good job too
