Boss interviewing someone for my job
We just got back from holiday and less than a week into resuming work my boss has been complaining non stop. Yesterday she took a phone call offering someone my job in my presence. She has not yet fired though. So till am fired am to assume each day is the last. This sucks so much.

Get HR involved if you think he's being unfair. At the very least he's being super unprofessional and rude, so needs pulling up on it! Have you given him cause to be unhappy with your performance? If not it could be a case for discrimination x
That’s super inappropriate. If you’re pregnant you could probably argue that it’s discrimination so they don’t have to pay you during maternity leave
