What are you guys using for Nappy rash

That stuff in yellow tube forgot the name but its magic!

Bepanthen and metanium used to work fine for my son until we got one really stubborn nappy rash while he was teething, neither creams were touching it.
Drapolene cleared it within a day.

Avoid sudacrem as it can clog the nappy and make it worse. I have a few relatives who are pharmacists and they always gave me that advice.

Your doctor can prescribe some for you that’s what I get for my little boy. He tends to get it when he’s teething or poorly when his immune system is dead low
