Hi All,
Had my FET on Thursday, this is our second try as the first one in July didn’t stick, I’ve changed my diet and implemented self care routines this time and booked a few days of work, in hopes that it works this time round, I am eating a lot more fruit and veg and relaxing with music and candles!
Need a boost of success stories, I’ve heard second time is more common in the IVF journey, has anyone been successful second time round and what did you do different for it to work?!?
Thankyou :)

Today is 5dp5dt for me
2nd cycle
1st cycle i had a daughter
I put legs up multiple times a day for like 5mins a go
Drinking lots of pom juice and eating fruits & veggies
My consultant said not to pick my daughter up until i have an established pregnancy-easier said than done. Also dont pull, lift, push anthing heavy is what she also advised me the day of transfer
Wishing you lots of luck this time round. Also if you dont have any symposium dont be disheartened as lots of women dont get many and have positive tests x

I’m also on my second transfer currently 6dp5dt! Best of luck! X

This is really good to know, I’m hoping a change in my diet has helped, lost 1st since our first consultation as my BMI was really high! I’ve read loads about legs being elevated so I am going to try this also, thankyou so much! Best of luck to you with your second cycle :)

Best of luck to you lovely, we got this :)

a friend told me about legs in the air, she got a positive on the 7th cycle so i did it. I gave it my all and just pray it works for us mama xXx

I’m 8dpt transfer today , haven’t had any symptoms really and just trying to resist testing until the 6th 😅.
I have generally eaten really well t throughout my whole TTC journey really .
I do believe that actually we can’t do anything to change the outcome and I’m just trying to not take that responsibility on .
Praying that it’s positive but if not will try again .
Good luck to you 🥰

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow after my second transfer. I was crushed after my first FET failed because I felt like I did everything “right” — diet, acupuncture, etc. The second time around I tried make peace with the fact that it’s not in my control. It’s all up to the embryo. I agree with Candy above and just live your life. Eat well and generally take care of yourself but don’t obsess about it. You’ve got this!

Our fresh cycle ended with an early loss, I’m now 17 weeks pregnant after our FET with a 5 day blast from the first full cycle. It was our last one in the freezer.
