Hey ladies, since finding out I'm pregnant I've stopped my skincare routine until I speak to midwife as some of my products have things to avoid I believe. Therefore I've got quick sore/dry and ache skin going on atm. Can anyone recommend good, pregnancy safe face moisturiser and maybe face wash? That's within a reasonable/affordable cost x

Any over the counter skincare is safe in pregnancy. It’s not strong enough to penetrate through the skin to baby. Just avoid retinol and high levels of essential oils in products. Carry on as you are 😊 x
Check on skin rocks! It has an area where it says if a product is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding :)
