Birthmark?
I’m unsure if this is a birthmark, it has been on him for weeks and hasn’t changed.

My daughter has one she was born with on her arm that’s similar! Pediatrician said it’s a birth mark and it’ll get bigger before it gets smaller! I’ll try to get a photo of my girls.
Looks like a strawberry hemangioma to me. My nieces both had them.
My daughter has several and it looks similar to her strawberry hemangioma.
Mine has the same. Our doctor checked it out and said it's a birthmark. Super common.
