Ate something I think was open before I bought a home in the store

So I bought a tub of pickles from M&S I didn’t realise that the soul was broken beforehand. My mother asked me if I’d open them and I hadn’t and she hadn’t and I’ve had a few so assuming that opened in the shop now I’m scared I’m gonna get sick and it’s going to affect baby, I’m 13 weeks pregnant

Anxiety after birth
