It's more likely you haven't ovulated if your period hasn't arrived. Did you track or confirm ovulation at all? Xx

clear clue fertility tests showed I ovulated and had all symptoms as the pain, moody, back ache ect.
Think having PCOS makes it so much harder.
X

Yeah it does unfortunately, I understand the troubles. I was TTC for 6 years and currently 31 weeks with our rainbow baby. I get it honestly.
Unfortunately those identify an LH spike but not ovulation for sure. You're best learning and tracking your temperature, that can make it more obvious as to when you really ovulated x

ah okay.
We have been TTC 12 years, docs won’t help.
So started ovulation tests last month. Have started tracking temp. Congratulations on your rainbow baby xx

What supplements are you taking? And thank you for the congratulations 🤞🌈

myo-inositol, folic acid.
Just ordered maca root x

The only additional thing I was taking was metformin. Together, they definitely helped me ovulate and regulate my periods, maybe worth talking to your gp about it x

yes may go back to them. Haven’t been helpful in the past. Always blamed my weight as Im over weight.
Such a long hard journey x

I went down to 120kg before I fell pregnant, i lost 16kg, and I was told it was my weight causing problems, too. I think the combination of pills and lossing some weight helped x

I know weight is part of it, it’s just so hard to lose it. I go to the gym and swimming 2-3 times a week. X

@Annie I completely understand. It's very hard. I was so strict on myself to shift any weight, I hardly enjoyed food, i measured out food portions with scales, ate 1200 calories a day max, sometimes less. Gym and exercise. Just in general, it is not a very enjoyable experience, but I do believe it has had an impact on my fertility, or it was just a very funny coincidence that I fell pregnant after lossing it x

ah okay.
I think I need to calorie track my food.
I have upped my PT sessions in gym to 2 sessions a week and hoping to go swimming 3 times a week so will see if that helps x

Calorie tracking and weighing portions really opened my eyes to how much calories are in foods.... I was so sad for the first few weeks, like poking my meals and being like, "Is this all that is for that amount of calories?!" I got used to it, though, and it gets easier. And drinking helps, I kept a huge water bottle with me all the time and drank drank drank 😅 finding alternatives for higher volume less calories helps too.. so, for example, instead of rice using califlower rice, etc ♥️

okay thank you, appreciate your help x
