Advice

I've been with my guy since high school. Lost my virginity to him and have never been with anyone else. I have always had an attraction to girls but have never shared an intimate moment with one. I've had girlfriends but have never even kissed a girl. I never got the chance to really get out and try anything. We met at 15 and fell in love. We are still very much in love but I can't help but be a little curious..again, I am VERY much in love with him and can't imagine being with anyone else even after 9 years. I don't want him to feel like he isnt enough for me. I don't want to hurt his feelings. How do I bring the subject up and get his opinion without making him feel this way?

Well wether it’s a man or not sounds like you’re still wanting someone else. If you are searching for someone else or wanting to find yourself, maybe breaking up will hello you sort out and find yourself

I would suggest telling him you’re curious and asking what his thoughts are on maybe a threesome or finding a girl that would be down to let him watch? Something where he’s still involved so it’s about exploration and fun but doesn’t feel like he’s not enough/you’re having doubts about being with him

Be careful if you’re trying to add a third to your party. Sure it’s some men’s fantasy, but it could easily create a riff in the relationship. Personally I think of these thoughts as the start of something noncommittal. In the cheating realm. Do you need to kiss a girl? Just to feel it? You have a partner, why try to look elsewhere? (no matter the gender) I just don’t think it’s a big enough reason to mess something good up.

Ask him for the idea of a threesome! I have friends in stable relationships who do this.

I would just be honest with him and tell him that you have always just been curious what it would be like and ask him what would his thoughts be if you did that. And go from there.

To expand on my suggestion taking into consideration some other comments, in my opinion the biggest factor is communication and really being considerate of your partner. You can be curious about something you’ve never tried sexually in this case being with a woman and you can bring it up to him but if he is not 100% on board then you need to either drop it or leave the relationship if it’s important to you to have this. You can’t force him to be okay with it if he isn’t and if you do it without an enthusiastic yes from him then it’s cheating

To be clear, this is not something I NEED to do. It's something that I have wanted to do. I see us being together forever but id like to have a chance at trying it at least once in my life. I just worry if I bring up the subject he might get upset. So I was just looking for advice on how to carefully bring it up to get his feelings on it.

Honestly I think a lot of these answers are naive. You are definitely risking throwing away your relationship just to feed a desire that you may not even enjoy as much as you think.
