Really bad cold HELP

Hello, have any of your little ones got a cold? I am a preschool teacher and on my first week back to work I got a really bad cold and now my 5 months old is sick too. Any recommendations to help him other than saline water?

My 4 month old just got over covid and now all the congestion is breaking up , I have the cool mist humidifier on at all times, I sit in the bathroom with the steam for like 10-15 minutes , anddd I did just cave and use the fridamom electric nose sucker with some saline (LIFE SAVERRERR) feel better xo!

Get the mommy bliss brand cough syrup & mucus night time. Will help sleep and break up cough, it’s organic for 4 months and older

Get the mommy bliss baby multivitamin & Iron Age 2 months and older, they should carry it at your Walgreens or CVS. Also, putting them in a hot shower room for a little while, a potato In baby socks over night, dehumidifier and saline drops with a electrical nose sucker. And staying on top of all bottle feeds with milk for electrolytes and chicken and vegetables purée or turkey and veggies and make sure they have frequent bowel movement by giving gas drops and frequent wet diapers

thank you so much yesterday I tried all of your recommendations and my Lo woke up so much better today. I gave him the cough syrup and I think that helped a lot and the fridda baby essential oil for his vapor bath

Look into getting the Dr. nozebot if he’s stuffy! My child has rsv but this nose sucker has been a life saver! I sit in the bathroom with him with the shower steam and suck all the snot out.
