Covid during pregnancy

I had covid at 12 weeks when I was pregnant with my wee boy. I felt terrible, was like a really bad cold but i was just exhausted 😴 everything with the remainder of my pregnant was absolutely fine though. Try and rest up as much as you can and take it easy

I tested positive on Friday after having what I thought was bit of a cough! I've not been too bad but have been told to just watch out for usual things we would report to midwife plus contact if gets worse. I was offered the antibody treatment because I have MS (but sadly missed cut of as symptoms started 6 days ago) not sure If would have been offered with pregnancy alone 😕 I'm going to speak to midwife tomorrow as it has also been suggested that a scan may be offered. I'm 21+5 by the way

I had it in my second trimester. There wasn’t any complications with the pregnancy or anything just felt like sh!t within myself like a really bad flu thats all

I had Covid 2 weeks ago at 20 weeks. Called midwife and they said nothing to worry about for the baby but as we can’t take much medication (other than a bit of paracetamol) just have to deal with it. I felt terrible for like 3 days, then got some energy back.
Was surprised that I didn’t have to move my 20 weeks scan the week after, they said wear a mask and you can attend.

I had covid last week but everything was fine with baby ect. You can ring your midwife if you are worried. I didn't do that as i wasn't too bad but it might put your mibd at rest if you call them. I hope you feel better soon! X
