Ante natal classes
I asked my midwife about ante natal classes, and they didn't tell me very much or about any locally.
I'm unsure at what point I should do some or which ones to book so some advice would be great as I assumed the midwife would have suggestions

I didn't do any classes, but I'm pretty sure Baby Love Groups does an ante natal class?
It's worth looking into as they do great classes once baby is born 😊
My midwife told me they still haven't started back any NHS ones in Swansea since COVID.
I found a baby loves group one on Thursdays in founders and co that start in a few weeks. May be worth seeing if there's any spaces left
It’s surprising how little help there is available since covid isn’t it. I signed up for Bump and Baby classes (paid) bc I don’ t think it’s going to get much better in the winter
I did baby love it was good and I’m still meeting up with other mums from it 4 months on from birth so I got what I wanted out of it.
