Feeding
Anybody else’s baby turn their head all the way while feeding on the bottle? I hold my girl with my left arm with the bottle in my right hand and she will turn her head ALL THE WAY to the left and keep eating. She will even try and almost hang her head over my arm. I feel like it’s because of her tongue tie, but she’s eating a normal amount. She has reflux, but I’ve been fighting with the nipple sizes for over a week now trying to figure out what the issue is

If she always wants to turn her head to that side you may want to get her checked for torticollis.
This did happen with my girl and at her 2 month check up they noticed it and recommended we switch feeding sides, as well as the side we change her on, which side we put her down on in her crib (she’s a side sleeper) all as a preventative for torticollis. I didn’t realize how much I was favoring her right side until they noticed a slight difference on the back of her head from being facing in one direction for too long, it does correct itself over time. It’s been much better and has basically stopped her from doing this head turning to the left at this point… but I would run it by the doctor, because for some babies it’s completely normal and they will grow out of it, just don’t favor one side over the other and try to correct it. Repetition is key! 🫶🏼
