Need suggestions on Whey Protein Isolate rather than the concentrated Whey.
Also, with the right amount of Amino Acids which Creatine supplements have helped you keep your energy up? I have been drinking C4 zero sugar energy drinks and need to get away/add variety.
The caffeine content is not what I'm looking for. It's the Cognizin Citicoline which is the neurologic nutrient to stimulate the most of the mental energy.
