Baby shower alone
Have you had a baby shower alone ? Or are going to ? How did you deal with it ? I genuinely excited and happy for it. II’ve always wanted one but never expected to be alone at it so now I’m pass the sad emotions that almost made me not want to have it but still very hard knowing I have no partner to be there with me

I’m trying to word this correctly there was a time where it was just the mother to be.
So when I was going to baby showers growing up my cousins didn’t go to their wives baby showers. My brothers dad didn’t go to my moms. My brother didn’t go to his ex girlfriends baby shower (my mom grandma and I did)
Right that’s how I grew up also. But these days they’re making it a couple thing and it’s been getting to me but thank you for this , I’ll have a diff approach to the situation
My husband didn’t want to go to mine in 2018 the only reason he did was because his grandma that lives far away was going and his grandpa was going to go with her. If they weren’t going he wouldn’t have gone.
My dad was only there to take pictures. My dads brother only went with my aunt because I’m the youngest niece and everyone gets together so rarely.
Those were the only men there out of like 40 women 🫣😂 it was a little goofy.
