Little girls had a cough for about 2 weeks now, turned chesty about a week ish ago now she’s got diarrhoea…could it be linked or? It’s slimey too

I’m thinking more of a virus, she’s just had a UTI now she’s got a viral infection xx

It will be the flem/ maybe mucus off the chest! Or if she is teething, sometimes because of the extra saliva, this happens too!
