anyone else still waiting for their August turned September baby?

Yeah I am - was due 25th august, am going for induction tomorrow as have developed high blood pressure, really wanted a natural birth but am looking forward to meeting our little babe now ❤️ have you had a sweep or anything? X

Me i was due on the 29th. I had a sweep today i am 2/3cm dilated I’m really nervous now x

I was due 24 august and still in hospital since Saturday waiting to have my waters broken

i’ve had multiple sweeps all done nothing 🥲 my induction will be booked in tomorrow at my 41 week app but i’m willing to get it done as early as they will let me. cause im 2-3 cm i would just need my waters broken no prostaglandins if labour then started i wouldn’t need the drip and would be able to go onto birth centre still so im just hoping if they induce me it will all just be quick and simple 😭

did anything happen after the sweep? ive been 2/3cm dilated for 2 weeks now with multiple sweeps done will have my final one tomorrow x

oh goodness how come it’s taken them so long? let me know how it goes as i would be in the same position to be induced as already 2/3cm. hope all goes well for you 🤞🏼

nothing just felt really sick last night and sore all over 😪 i regret having it done as still aches and pains today (just uncomfortable) induced tmorrow x

hopefully the sickness is a sign of something happening and will all start up before tomorrow!

so i’ve had 5 to try and get things moving. the first two were completely fine maybe a little uncomfortable. the third one was tender as my cervix was behind baby’s head then the next two were fine again! i had very mild cramps after but wasn’t sore x
