Friends wedding abroad
Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Its in 3 months, I think you should at least wait until 12 weeks to let her know x if you’re not comfortable going deffo don’t go, if she’s a good friend she’d deffo understand
Just tell her the whole situation, if she’s a good friend she’ll understand
Thank you; think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and tell her sooner rather than later, as she's then got three months notice to change anything wedding wise!
