Labor prep

So I’m currently 32 weeks almost 33 so I’m starting to prep for labor ! Any tips on what I should start doing now or in the weeks to come ?

Start doing birthing ball exercises and sumo squats if you haven’t.

Start doing perineal massages 3-4 times a week at 34 weeks.

Eating dates and drinking raspberry leaf tea at 36 weeks.

That’s my plan!

Still a little too early for labor, but a lot of people start doing is around 35/36 weeks. Walking stairs, lunges, sex, nipple stimulation, raspberry leaf tea, and pray! Hahaha😂😂

Same as above except I’m going to drink the tea at 37/38 weeks. Practicing deep breathing techniques and going on daily walks. I walk mornings 25-30minutes and evenings 30 minutes.

Oh yeah and eating 6- 8 dates a day

DATES and SEX! Semen helps to prepare the cervix! These are the main things my OBGYN told me to do when I was preparing for my labor a year ago
