Bedtime

Currently my LO is in just a strappy vest with no sleep bag because it's just too hot! Later on when it cools down a bit I'll cover her with a light blanket.

Our bedroom is 27.5 degrees at the moment so we’ve just got our little girl in her nappy with a 1 tog sleeping bag over. Sleeping bag is part of the night time routine that makes her settle for bed so we can’t lose that 🤣

I’ve been struggling with this all week. My little girl has been going to bed just in her nappy or a vest (fan in room / window open too) and she’s been going off fine but then waking at like 3am a bit chilly. I’ve popped her 1 tog bag on her tonight as I did that at 4am last night and it seemed to help. I have just checked on her she doesn’t seem any warmer than usual. Issue is she needs a little blanket or something but just kicks it off. Maybe pop him down in a vest and before you go to bed put a blanket over him incase he gets chilly in the early hours x

Just a nappy and a vest for my girl tonight, our bedroom is 26° even with the windows open 😭 xxx

Depends on temp tonight is vest and 1 tog gro bag xx

Vest and 0.2tog sleeping bag, his room is 26/27 degrees but he won't settle without a sleeping bag

Little one is just in her nappy however has a very thin blanket se snuggles up to as won't sleep without one

Vest and thin swaddle on with fan pointed away from him x

Just a nappy tonight. I'm still debating to add on a vest but in her room it's 28 degrees. We might use the AC but I do not like to leave it on the whole night
