Scar - advice please!

I’ve had this blue bit sticking out my scar, all my stitches have dissolved but this thing is still there!! It’s blue so thinking it’s some sort of medical tissue? I tried to pull it and more come out but scared to pull it fully out incase I make things worse. I’m 6 weeks PP.

Has anyone had this? Any advice?
