Head banging

Anyone else’s 13 month old just constantly bang his head every chance he gets? Or taps his head over and over?? I’m afraid these are signs of autism

Is he doing it all the time or when he gets tired ?

I would ask the doctor asap

he does it here and there but I’m afraid he doesn’t think it hurts when he does it but when I tell him no he stops but sometimes doesn’t
