Flying with formula

I was thinking about taking a bottle full of concentrate formula and a bottle of water and mix as my baby needs it.. has any one had any issues travelling this way?

No, TSA will just test it and let you go through

They’ll already know baby needs it; even if you did the bottle of water and mix as needed they’ll just test the water

There are no restrictions. We travelled for 26 hours when our baby was 18 months. We filled divided dispenser with as much powdered formula as we could (each side could take 6 scoops). We used scoop that comes with the formula to scoop the formula out if we needed less than 6 scoops. We used mix of bottled water with hot water. We had no issues.

Thanks... I just wasn't sure because I'm not bringing powder, I'm taking a liquid that needs to be mixed with equal parts water

Concentrate should not be an issue as long as it's in it's original bottle.

We just returned from Japan and took a ton of ready to feed formula. If you can find the ready to feed version of your formula I’d suggest that. We packed our diaper bag with about 20 nursettes and 4 larger bottles for our flight. Didn’t have a problem, TSA just scans it and it saves you time prepping it on the plane.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?
