Insect bite

Does anyone have any good thing to help relieve the itching in a bite seen as we can’t have antihistamines please

I started using calamine, works wonders!

Witch hazel gel, I had to buy online as it's impossible to find in the shops near me.

I used paw paw ointment and that worked really well
