Migraines 😖
Has this heat triggered a serious migraine for anyone else??
I’m currently laying in bed with the curtains closed - air con unit and a fan directly on me, with a bag of frozen peas under my head.

Absolutely hating the heat right now. I try to keep sipping water all day and napping when the headaches get really bad to cope.

Glad I’m not the only one, although Friday also seems to be the worst day for me having them 3 Fridays in a row I’ve had them and they make me sick! Used to get them before being pregnant and weather changes are a normal trigger :(
The heat does not help!
Yes I’m 15 weeks and it’s terrible. It’s all in the back of my eyes. You can use 4Head, the stick you rub over your head xxx
I had the worst start last night and struggled to get to sleep and it's continued into today. Now lying in bed as too dizzy to walk around and head is bursting and hurting my eyes.
I'm using the kool n sooth head patches they give some relief
